The proper nutrition during winter

Cold and seasonal diseases weaken the immune system. The solution to all this is the proper and balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Chicken soup is on the top of the list since it contains zinc that boosts our immune system and hydrates our body during cold days. For those who already have a cold, warm soup soothes the throat.

Vitamin C is also important during cold. Fruits such as kiwi and oranges are rich in vitamin C. It is recommended we start our day with a fresh orange juice to hydrate our body and avoid skin dryness.
