As such, Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions.<\/p>\n<p>It can help you recover from fatigue, illness and injury or overcome emotional depression and anxiety caused by traumatic events such as divorce, loss of work and the death of a loved one.<\/p>\n<p>Restorative yoga is
