Starting Position:<!--more-->Lie on your back and lift your head and upper body off the floor with one leg extended just above the floor and the other diagonal towards the ceiling. \u00a0Arms are extended above your chest holding the miniball.<\/p>\n<p>Execution: Inhale and move your arms backwards while scissoring your legs.
