One of these steps is working with a licensed therapist to help you build a support system.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also crucial to introduce certain daily routines that help you feel better. Physical activity is beneficial for many people that feel depressed or unhappy.<\/p>\n<p>There are five daily self care activities to help lift your mood and keep your head above the water. These are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Following a healthy, balanced diet:<\/strong> if you\u2019re feeling low, it\u2019s crucial to resist the urge to eat sweets and junk food. Insted, your food choises should include fruit, salads, eggs, nuts and seeds, brown rice and fish.
