Both senses of proprioception and balance can heighten through practice. The range of motion in every joint is increased. This means better flexibility and elasticity. Also, 20% to 80% of our body weight is transferred to the hammock increasing or decreasing the difficulty of the traditional exercises.<\/p>\n<p>The use of the fabric decompresses the spine significantly.<\/p>\n<p>The center\/core gets stronger.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar includes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>standing exercises<\/li>\n<li>rib hang exercises<\/li>\n<li>exercises in the hammock<\/li>\n<li>sitting position in the hammock exercises<\/li>\n<li>hip hang exercises<\/li>\n<li>supine position exercises<\/li>\n<li>kneeling side kick series<\/li>\n<li>side lying series<\/li>\n<li>side planks<\/li>\n<li>seated exercises<\/li>\n<li>prone position exercises<\/li>\n<li>stretches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safety and hygiene rules will be marked during the
