Take in the sound of the flowing water, the smell of fresh grass and the feel of a light breeze as you enjoy the summer sunset.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">UTTHITA HASTA PADANGUSTHASANA STANDING HAND TO TOE-EXTENDED HAND TO TOE POSE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Exercise of the week!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start in standing position with your feet close together. Bring your right knee up towards your belly.<\/p>\n<p>With your left arm\u00a0 clasp on your big toe between the thumb and the index and middle fingers. Firm the front thigh muscles of the standing leg so that they are engaged. Extend the left leg forward straightening the knee as much as possible without letting go of the toe. Extend the other arm overhead. Hold for 3-5 breaths and repeat on the other leg.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12936 alignnone\"
