Luckily, my mother who is a trainer helped me. We have grown up, our sexual develops, we try to socialize, planning our future and our lives and at the same time we are pessimistic and frustrated due to difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u039c\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03c6\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03b7\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12945 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/teenage-stress.jpg\" alt=\"stress\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/teenage-stress.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/teenage-stress-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/teenage-stress-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/teenage-stress-400x267.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our family\u2019s expectations increase our anxiety. We blame everyone, we feel tired, indifferent and bored.\u00a0 Various problems begging to appeal such as sleeping\u00a0disorders,\u00a0breathing difficulty, choking, difficulty attending school classes. We try to have as many experience as we can and that\u00a0 creates tension and anxiety expressed in various ways.<\/p>\n<p>From personal experience, exercise can help.\u00a0While working out, endorphins, the natural hormones of joy are being released. Good mood is associated with some\u00a0 chemicals\u00a0 in the brain such as\u00a0norepinephrine, serotonin and dopamine.<\/p>\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container tw-nfl\">\n<p>Your son can choose whatever sport he likes: fast walking, jogging, swimming, gym, kick boxing, yoga &#8230; . He can work out with friends, of course without competition. Exercise is the best way to take his mind off of the problems and thoughts that bother him. Moreover, achieving an exercise goal with\u00a0 increase his self-esteem. He should ask his trainers to help him breathing properly.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u039c\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03c6\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03b7\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12947\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12.jpg\" alt=\"exercise\" width=\"450\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12.jpg 672w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12-300x166.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12-200x111.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12-400x221.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kickboxing-12-600x332.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The American Institute of Stress suggests breathing as the best technique for managing stress. It activates the body&#8217;s normal relaxation system and relieves stress and discomfort. As breathing becomes slower and deeper, the heart rate decreases, blood \u00a0pressure drops and muscles relax. Research has found that stress management requires rhythmic diaphragmatic exercises. Being outdoors also is a good way of relieving stress.<\/p>\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container tw-nfl\">\n<p>Always remember that movement is connected to life &#8230;! Proper nutrition is also important to manage deficiencies in essential vitamins or problems with sugar, thyroid ect. Finally, laugh &#8230; add humor in your life, smile and laugh as much as you can.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u039c\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03c6\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03b7\"><img
