TECHNIQUE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start in a full plank position,\u00a0hands\u00a0 shoulder width apart with your body in a straight line and everything engaged.<\/p>\n<p>Lower yourself all the way to the ground, keeping your elbows rotated forward and your entire body in one straight line.<\/p>\n<p>Go back to starting position however you feel
