{"id":13801,"date":"2020-01-23T18:00:38","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T16:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/?p=13801"},"modified":"2023-07-10T17:40:07","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T15:40:07","slug":"fit-smiling-kids-seminar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/en\/blog\/fit-smiling-kids-seminar\/","title":{"rendered":"Fit Smiling Kids Educational Seminar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Children adopt the lifestyle of adults both in student life as well as in their spare time.<\/p>\n<p>AthensTrainers\u00ae\u00a0 designs and runs programs for our little friends combining gymnastics with game.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The education in basic movement ( sitting, running, rhythm and direction changes)<\/li>\n<li>The development of natural capacity (general strengthening, coordination, sync, elasticity, balance and kinesthisis)<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining a good body posture-orthosomia<\/li>\n<li>Developing self- confidence (each child is a young athlete)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Fit Smiling Kids seminar includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pilates 4 Kids<\/li>\n<li>SPI 4 kids<\/li>\n<li>Summer activites in and out of the water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Pilates 4 Kids<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pilates exercises can be combined with play and fun in order to be suitable for children!<\/p>\n<p>Children study many hours, grow abruptly and adopt a scooped posture which creates many problems on their spine!!! The Pilates exercise system can be part of their routine physical education program in the form of a game so as not to be considered a burden but a fun activity.<\/p>\n<p>The AthensTrainers\u00ae Ultimate Pilates System\u00ae\u00a0 team has created a pilates pair program based on mimetism, good sportsmanship and competition!!!<\/p>\n<p>The exercise program includes 45 pair exercises accompanied by a description of story \/ motion simulation, so that children already have an image in their minds. Children are in pairs, in different positions, sides and levels.
