Keep your body toned\u2026and try leg pull prone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Exercise of the week!\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Strengthens hip extensors and shoulder girdle, stabilize trunk and pelvis.<\/p>\n<p>Starting Position:<\/p>\n<p>Push up position with your hands shoulder-width apart.<\/p>\n<p>Execution:<\/p>\n<p>Inhale and during exhalation lif one\u00a0 leg towards the ceiling.
