What can I do?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"tw-target-rmn-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container hide-focus-ring tw-nfl\">\n<pre id=\"tw-target-rmn\" class=\"tw-data-placeholder tw-text-small tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;\">Dear reader,<\/span><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<p>Whatever exercise you are doing, if you\u2019ve been doing the same activity at the same intensity for a good few weeks now then you need to start making some changes. Your body is good at adapting to training stimulus so if you aren\u2019t making your workouts more challenging progressively, every now and then, your body will stay the same.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re consistent with your workouts but stopped seeing results, you may have hit a workout plateau.<\/p>\n<p>Plateau happens when the body begins to adjust to the demands your exercise routine requires of it.
