Like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please give yourself a chance to heal before resuming your regular practice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">FROG POSE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This pose stretches the inner thighs.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" separate the feet as wide as the knees.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a lot of tightness in your hips grab a bolster and place it length wise under your pelvis.<\/p>\n<p>Hold for 3-5 sec &amp; return to
