Melomakarona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A recipe that you need to try!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 cups oil (olive oil mixed with 3 teaspoons of linseed oil)<br \/>\n1 cup of maltitol (approximately 200g)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup orange juice<br \/>\nZest of 3-4 oranges<br \/>\n1 shot of brandy<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking soda BIO<br \/>\n1 sachet of baking powder BIO<br \/>\n1 to 1\/2 kg of oat flour<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 kg of acacia honey for the syrup<br \/>\n1\/2 kg of walnuts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dissolve the soda in the orange juice.<\/p>\n<p>Add in a large bowl the orange juice with the soda, the 3 cups of oil, the orange zest, the brandy, the baking powder, the cinnamon, the clove, the nutmeg, and the maltitol.<\/p>\n<p>Stir until the maltitol melts .<\/p>\n<p>Then slowly add the flour and continue mixing until you have a soft dough.<\/p>\n<p>Mold the dough into oval shapes and place them in \u00a0a greased baking tray .<\/p>\n<p>Place the baking tray with the melomakarona in the oven and bake\u00a0 until they are lightly\u00a0 browned and cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>When the melomakarona come out of the oven allow them to become cold.<\/p>\n<p>In a pot add the honey with a little water and bring to the boil.<\/p>\n<p>Dip the melomakarona\u00a0 in the hot syrup, flipping them\u00a0 to absorb the syrup.<\/p>\n<div class=\"double-col-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"directions-wrapper\">\n<div
