sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The basis of the exercises arises from the proposals that the inventor of T-BOW\u00ae, Sandra Bonacina (www.training-therapy.com), has designed by investigating the needs of motor physiotherapy applied to training with T-BOW\u00ae at the University of Zurich (Switzerland), since 1994.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20628\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/yoga-tbow.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/yoga-tbow.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/yoga-tbow-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This repertoire of postural exercises with T-BOW\u00ae and its combination with the ancient experiences of postural development of Yoga are applied to the resources of education and postural training proposed by the Master of Teachers Francisco Seirul\u00b7lo Vargas (www.entrenamientodeportivo.org) to achieve an extraordinary optimization of posture.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention is paid to people with very basic levels of balance, strength and mobility being able to evolve in their postural optimization with confidence and
