Suitable for all fitness levels, as the difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted according to the position of the T-Bow\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20863\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/tbow-8-0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/tbow-8-0.jpg 672w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/tbow-8-0-300x166.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">~Using the T-Bow\u00ae, more intense and deeper stretches can be achieved in poses such as &#8220;Child&#8217;s Pose&#8221; (Balasana) or &#8220;Forward Fold&#8221; (Uttanasana), as it allows for a gradual increase in the angle and depth of the stretch. It can help to practice balance poses such as &#8220;Tree Pose&#8221; (Vrksasana) or &#8220;Warrior III&#8221; (Virabhadrasana III). The unstable surface causes the body to activate stabilizing muscles, enhancing balance and concentration.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">~In yoga, the T-Bow\u00ae can be used as a support tool to help align the body in various positions (asanas).
