It seems to be fun working out on it even if it looks like a medieval torture device.<\/p>\n<p>The following exercise is ideal\u00a0 for strengthening the upper part of the trapezius and trunk<span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">stabilization.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin from standing position with feet hip-width apart or closed, arms outstretched holding the spring handles. Resistance comes from below<\/li>\n<li>Inhale and lift your elbows upwards, out and back, exhale and extend your arms by driving the handles down.
