Moreover, this increases the range of motion and provides a more intensive workout for the core muscles.<\/p>\n<p>The multifunctional training and therapy arch can be used as a step, swing, stable and moving, thus increasing the variety of movements for healthy fitness.<\/p>\n<p>T-Bands, a triple-strength band set, special grip-shift dumbbells, or several small dumbbells allow everyone to quickly and individually adjust and increase their strength.
