It is particularly, for children who study many hours grow up sharply and adopt postures which cause significant problems in their spinal cord. Pilates exercises can be incorporated into their general training program in the form of game and fun.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;AthensTrainers Ultimate Pilates System&#8221; adapted Pilates exercises into a program run by couples, which is based on imitation, noble rivalry and competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The benefits of\u00a0 Pilates method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Decompresses and elongates the spine<\/p>\n<p>Strengthens the abdominals and the muscles of the upper part of the back<\/p>\n<p>Improves athletic performance<\/p>\n<p>Improves everyday life<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some basic exercises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spine twist<\/p>\n<p>Starting position: in a seated position, legs outstretched shoulder width apart, arms out to the sides at shoulder-height<\/p>\n<p>Execution: both kids turn to the right side side and stop when their hand touches the hand of the other.
