In Evgenios Fetsi\u2019s book (1953),\u00a0 gymnastics is referred to a \u201cGift of God\u201d. Its purpose is not the teaching of certain movements for the development and strengthening of the body. It is also the \u201c training of the body\u201d with which a child will be helped\u00a0 to become aware\u00a0 that its soul is an element interlined with its body.\u00a0 From this point, (as parents most of us) we have been motivated\u00a0 and have organized within the team of AthensTrainers\u00ae the \u201cFit Smiling Kids\u201d program.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are worried the child obesity has increased in recent years in Greece.<\/li>\n<li>We are uninvolved in the fact that children adopt the lifestyle of adults both in student life as well as in their spare time. \u201cA healthy mind in a healthy body\u201d but\u2026does it?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1529 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-2.jpg\" alt=\"kids 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-2-200x136.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our aim is :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The education in basic movement ( sitting, running, rhythm and direction changes)<\/li>\n<li>The development of natural capacity (general strengthening, coordination, sync, elasticity, balance and kinesthisis)<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining a good body posture-orthosomia<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation and team spirit(for couples and groups)<\/li>\n<li>Developing self- confidence (each child is a young athlete)<\/li>\n<li>Living a better life\u2026Wellness!!!! We use a variety of equipment depending on the purpose or theme of each hour sporting activity such as cones, obstacles, stairs, volatility, body weights, balls, ball joints, wreaths, ribbons, little animals, puzzle, cards, colors, music instruments, structures and equipment related with nutrition and ecology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1531\" src=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-3.png\" alt=\"kids 3\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-3.png 398w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-3-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-3-320x202.png 320w, https:\/\/www.athenstrainers.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/kids-3-200x127.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Children move and are meandered \u00a0in the exercise space, either individually \u00a0in couples or as a team. Music, theater, game, the use of myths and small stories complet the whole program. Our young friends become effortlessly well known with favorite sports and exercise including alternative forms of exercise such as PILATES &amp; YOGA 4 KIDS, steps to traditional dances, acquired a
