He was using his hands: the\u00a0crops, the collection of fruits, the kneading, the washing, the carry of\u00a0woods, and cargo. When technology made it easier for the daily life, our\u00a0needs were no longer inextricably linked with the body movement and \u00a0physical activity was waned.<\/p>\n<p>So the gym made its appearance! The weights and the machines came to\u00a0remind us of the need of the primitive motion! But the movement is no\u00a0longer an integral part of our lives because nowadays we go by car\u00a0everywhere, we sit on a chair during our work for several hours. The physical fatigue we feel comes from immobility. &#8220;We have\u00a0been rusted&#8221; and we afraid to move and to lift weights. We have \u00a0\u00a0forgotten\u00a0 that our body is made suitable for all these!<\/p>\n<p>That is why\u00a0 we created\u00a0 \u201cSPI TRAINING SYSTEM\u00ae\u201d\u00a0 which is an attempt:\u00a0to stop the revenge of the supposed &#8220;good quality of life&#8221; \u2013which was\u00a0gained through technology, to behave to our body as it deserves &#8230; to\u00a0love it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To get a physical, a mental and an emotional balance in order to\u00a0experience the daily life pleasantly and effortlessly.
