Keep your body toned\u2026and try plow prep in the hammock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Exercise of the week!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>How about having fun while working out your abdominals, pelvis, shoulders, spine, hamstrings, gluts and triceps? Can you imagine? You just have to try the following exercise: PLOW PREP in the \u00a0hammock.<\/p>\n<p>Stabilize the hammock beneath the hips. Extended arms and palms on the mat \u00a0under the shoulders. Legs extended, close together in alignment with the spine.\u00a0Inhale and drive your legs towards the sky keeping the arms extended.
