Keep your body toned\u2026and try single leg lowering\/alternating legs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Exercise of the week!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This exercise improves hip mobility and strengthens the core.<\/p>\n<p>Starting Position: Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides and both legs extended and closed towards the ceiling over your hips.<\/p>\n<p>Execution: Keeping one leg straight, slowly lower your other leg down to the floor as much as your core allows \u00a0in order to avoid lordosis or flat back.
