A delicious and healthy ice cream with few ingredients that you can also enjoy as a mousse!
Ingredients:
-1.5 tablespoons of tahini
-1 tablespoon of honey
-3 ripe frozen bananas, thinly sliced
-1 serving of protein
-1 cup of almond milk with cocoa
Mix the ingredients very well in the blender until they are homogenized.
You can serve it immediately in bowls or put it in a special container in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy it!
