Stand in one-leg, placing the other in the hammock,  stretched & flex. Arms crossed like  jeannie.


Inhale and during exhalation twist to the side of the foot that is in the hammock

Keep your pelvis square

PH in and up

The rotation should come right at your ribcage

Keep your eyes forward
