Facercise…the cheek energizer (part 2)

This exercise can be performed in a supine or sitting position.Make a long and narrow “O” with your mouth.

Upper and lower lips away from each other.

Do not engage your jaw hinge.

Press down against your teeth with your upper lip.

Place your index fingers on the top of your cheeks.

Smile with the middle of your upper lip while making the sound “Eww” (the sound you make when you smell something disgusting).

Feel your cheeks move under your index fingers.

Repeat and release 20 times

Stop the “Eww” sound and keep the “O” very strong.

Take the basic posture (face forward + shoulders back and down).

Move your hands over the top of your head and look upwards without any head movement.

Energize your legs by pushing your feet against the floor.

Pulse your hands above your head and count to 30.

Perform this exercise twice a day.
