Yoga wheel: seiza – meditation posture

Exercise of the week! Kneeling position with the shins on the mat, hip width apart and the yoga wheel between your legs. Move your hands to prayer position keeping your spine straight.

When you are ready, close your eyes and hold this pose as long as you need to.

Yoga tip: this traditional meditation pose is supported  Virasana  (Hero pose) or Vajrasana (Thunderbolt pose).
