Treadmill vs elliptical

Although the treadmill at the gym is the most popular equipment, I find it quite boring.  I prefer the elliptical..is it wrong?

Treadmill or elliptical? The best choice for your cardio workout comes down to personal preference.

On the other hand, by understanding which part of your body these two machines work on, you will be able to take an informed decision on which machine to use.

Of course, both machines promise to cater to your cardio needs—and most gyms usually dedicate equal space to each one. But they differ in a few important ways

Elliptical

elliptical
• The elliptical machine is a versatile cardio machine that targets a variety of muscles.
•You can adjust your intensity output
• Provides a lower-impact workout causing less strain on the knees and joints
• Offers a total-body workout
• Lets you stride backward

Treadmill

διάδρομος
• It mimics that natural movement of running outside
• You can use the treadmill to walk , run , or sprint. You can also use the incline option to add resistance to your workout.
• Strengthens the Bones
• New models have special decks that offer less strain on your joints

To sum up, the treadmill and elliptical are both effective machines to help you to get a cardiovascular workout. Which machine is a better option depends on your individual needs.
