Aerial Pilates®: leg swing

Exercise of the week!

Starting position

Stand in one-leg, placing the other in the hammock, stretched & flex. Arms on your hips.

Execution

Keeping the body still perform foot adduction and abduction.

CUES:

  • Keep your chest “open” and shoulders sideways and back
  • PH in and up
  • Breathe normally
