AthensTrainers® Running Team took place at the 6th Aegina Run “Ioannis Kapodistrias” on Sunday 01/21/2017! Varvara Solomonidou, Marathon Runner Thanasis Tsigeroglou, Marathon Runner Mathaios Tsigeroglou, team leader George Chatzipaschalis and many members ran with AthensTrainers®. With 31 participants rewarded for being the 3rd most populated team of the race!
It was a wonderful race, a beautiful route that became motive for a great weekend… full of cultural events that included: Aegina’s Cathedral tour, educational seminars “Building aerobic capacity” and “Sports Nutrition”, speech about Ioannis Kapodistrias and his work, concert by Kleoniki Demiri and a Pasta Party! …. Of course many members of the team continued dancing and singing until morning !!!
It was a special weekend, with many smiles, hugs and beautiful emotions shared even with the locals…a weekend with new experiences and happy memories for everyone ,especially for the AthensTrainers® “family”.
