Coconut drink and Mango smoothie

Delicious and refreshing tropical smoothie!

Ingredients

1L Alpro Coconut Drink

450g mango

4 to 6 passion fruit

1/2 tsp chili powder

Preparation

1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces. Let the pieces of mango freeze for at least 2 hours but even better do this one day in advance.
2. Strain the pulp of the passion fruit. Use the juice but keep 1 tablespoon of passionfruit seeds for garnish.
3. Put the frozen mango chunks, the passion fruit juice and Alpro Coconut in a blender and blend until the mango is puréed.
4. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and top with the passion fruit seeds, mango chunks and chili powder.
If you are using mango that is not frozen then blend 3 ice cubs per glass with the smoothie mixture so that it is still fresh.
