The coronavirus certainly feels like a big obstacle to planning a vacation.

Keep these 10 straightforward rules in mind if you’re planning a getaway:

Open windows in the car, avoid using the air conditioning as much as possible.

Bring a face mask and avoid travelling in case you are feeling sick.

Stay away from crowded areas.

Try keeping sheets and towels as clean as possible in the rooms, avoid the daily change, leave the room when it is cleaned by the staff.

Dine outside , use paper napkins.

Discard trash INSIDE the  bins (plastic cups, straws, glasses, packaging materials, etc.). Avoid leaving them on the beach.

Reduce smoking, don’t throw cigarettes on the sand.

Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or clean with an antiseptic solution (always have it with you).

Avoid touching your face, avoid hugs and kisses with strangers and friends.
