This seminar is about the second level of a Pilates repertoire using a miniball.
It includes 26 new exercises with at least 5 modifications and variations. Power and flow are important to this level too.
Rhythm, balance, flexibility and transition from exercise to exercise ensure flow and security during the execution of the program. . It is a complete Mat Pilates Program with all the basic exercises, variations and modifications (for beginners, advanced and for those who have cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine problems).
