Express yourself with an asana: Fish pose

A game for moms & kids! Are you looking for ways to spend time with your child without losing your training?

Perfect! You can combine them both and have fun.

You can play together child an easy and enjoyable pantomime game with yoga poses. Fotini Alexopoulou Personal trainer and  Athens Trainers® associate along with our little friend  Niki, will show easy but effective exercises to train and play. The girl tells her mom what profession she wants to follow when she grows up and her mother shows the corresponding pose in yoga.

Child:when I grow up I want to do scuba diving. I love watcing diving tv shows. 

Mom:They say that if you manage to perform the fish pose, you will be able to float like a fish.Are you ready?

Lay on your back. Straighten your legs and glue them together. Slide your hands under your tail.  As you breathe in, push your elbows down. Point toes. Come onto the crown of your head. Hold for 15-30 sec..

Now you are in FISH POSE/MATSYASANA.
