Restorative yoga: Forward Bend

Exercise of the week!

With your torso and head supported on a round bolster and a  meditation cushion, relax  keeping one cheek in  contact with the pillow for a few breaths and then the other one. Feel the stretch and relief to your whole body.

Try the same exercise sitting on a round bolster in cross leg position and with your head resting on the back of the palms at the height that makes you feel comfortable. Use a round bolster to adjust the bent.
