Homemade hazelnut spread

We met “Gefsis Nikezi”, a natural products company  founded in 2016 in Giannitsa, at the Superfoods exhibition in Zappeion.

We bought quite a few of their products and promised to try the recipes they recommend on their website too!

And as usually, we started with the sweet flavors, a recipe for homemade Merenda! We changed a little bit  the recipe you will see below by adding 60g. Acacia honey and 125g. 100% Kakau chocolate.

170 gr. Hazelnut Paste “Gefsis Nikezi”
30 gr. honey
125 gr. dark chocholate


Mix the Hazelnut Paste well and pour it into the blender
Add the honey
Melt the dark chocolate and add it  into the blender
Mix all the ingredients in the blender
