Avoid or reduce:

• Identify and avoid allergens

Increase:
- Whole grain cereals
 - Vegetables
 - Fruit
 - Nuts and seeds
 - Antioxidants
 - Water
 
Lifestyle:
- Ensure enough hours of sleep and rest
 - Wash your hands thoroughly
 - Ensure adequate protein intake in your diet
 - Exercise
 - Maintain a proper body weight
 

Increase your intake (foods containing supplements *):
- Vitamin C
 - Vitamin E
 - Zinc • Vitamin A
 - Vitamin D
 - Selenium
