How to modify Ustrasana  if you don’t have the spinal flexibility or core strength…

I was born with straight spine. This means there are no curvatures in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. My hip flexors are stiff although I stretch them a lot.

Camel pose is always problem for me…I feel that my back is tortured. I never felt the deeper spinal extension.

Yoga Wheel gave me the chance to modify the exercise. Even though my hips are not over the knees (as you can see in the photo), I can feel the stretch all aver the front side of my body.
