Keep your mind on Pilates. Keep your body toned…and try Jack Rabbit with a miniball

Exercise of the week! Starting Position:Assume the all-fours position with the miniball under your shins. Ensure that your hands are directly under your shoulders and yours knees under your hips.

Execution:

Inhale and slowly raise your hips extending your legs. Exhale and return to starting position.

 

Cues:

  • Keep the PH engaged during the exercise
  • Keep your head aligned with your spine when extending your legs
  • Elongate your arms
