Keep your mind on Pilates. Keep your body toned and try…Kick back with tonic ball

Exercise of the week! Stand behind a chair and grasp the back of the chair with one hand.  Place one foot in front of the other and lean your core slightly forward. With the toning ball in the other hand bend your elbow bringing that hand and tonic ball close to your ribs.

Execution: Inhale and during exhalation extend the tonic ball up and back straightening out the arm. Repeat on the other arm, bringing the other leg forward.
