This seminar is about the third level of a Pilates repertoire without using the miniball.
It is called TRADITIONAL PILATES PROGRAM since it includes exercises from Joseph H. Pilates’ original series of exercises. There are 29 new exercises with at least 5 modifications and variations and through different angles and perspectives. At this level, the exercises are quite demanding and challenging. Control of the center of the body, proper breathing and various muscular groups isolation are necessary to perform each exercise.
Attention focuses on the industrial principles and complexity of the center, also known in Pilates as Powerhouse. It is a complete Mat Pilates Program with all the basic exercises, variations and modifications (for advanced and for those who have cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine problems).

Mat Programme Level III Requirements:
The student must have Mat Program Level II Certificate.
