Meditation can be done anytime, anywhere, and people don’t even have to know you are doing it. Simply stay where you are and check how you feel, feel your inner self…

Meditation will strengthen your field of inner peace…

Observe what’s going on inside you, in your thoughts, your feelings and your physical sensations and outside, in your surroundings, without judgment.

If you have the opportunity to create a quiet space without distractions…it would be perfect…sit comfortably and in a relaxed position, on a cushion or chair.

You not going to master Meditation right away. The more you do it, the better you get. Just like lifting weights…you need sometime to see results…same happens when strengthening your brain.
