A delicious recipe for every with only 220 calories!
You will need:
1) 1 egg
2) 3 full tablespoons flour
3) 1 tbsp. baking powder
4) 1 cup. almond milk
5) 1 vanilla or 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
6) Optional cocoa
Bake in a non-stick pan, serve and accompany with strawberries, homemade strawberry jam or homemade apple-cinnamon jam or honey and nuts.
