Exercise of the week!From a seated position, hold your partner’s opposite hand and join your feet. Spread your legs while your hand pulls your partner and your soles push him. Then both release your left hand rotating your spine.
Stay at this pose for 5-8 breaths.
Repeat for the other hand. An asana that strengthens the abs and lengthens the legs.
