Pilates 4 men: single leg stretch

Exercise of the week!

Starting Position

Supine position, huging the one leg and pulling it in to your chest and the other extended out in front of you.Head and upper shoulders are off the mat.


Inhale and during exhalation switch legs.




  • Make sure your leg is in line with the center of your body
  • PH in and up
  • Keep your eyes on your knees
