Pilates on a spine corrector….roll up

Exercise of the week!

Starting Position

Sitting on the step, legs with bent knees and heels on the floor . Arms under the thighs.



Inhale and during exhalation roll down your spine  creating a C curve with your lower back. . Inhale and  return to starting position.

  • Belly button towards the spine (PH in and up)
  • hip width apart
