Some say “a bite and everything is forgiven”…but Manos suggests “6 pack and…everything is forgiven”

Sit ups

Lie down in supine position with bent knees hip width near our pelvis. Place hands behind head(not neck) and start sit ups .


Important cues

-Don’t pull the head in order to execute the exercise. Squeeze only the abs

-Curl up till the lower tip of your shoulder blades. The lower back stays in neutral position.

3 sets X 15 reps/ 30” rest in between
