Leg raises

This exercises targets at the lower part of your abs… Fat is stuck there like a wide belt around your belly. This exercise promises results very soon when you are on a diet plan.

Important cues :
-In supine position place hands under your pelvis (it is easier for your back) and have your legs slightly bent towards the ceiling
-Lower the legs to the mat at your limit (depends on the strength of your abs)

-After returning to your starting position, raise your legs towards the ceiling if you want more challenge (Reverse crunches)
-Keep your abs engaged during the execution and do not arch your back -Keep your shoulders on the mat

3 sets x 15 reps /30″ rest in between
