Reverse fly with theraband

Exercise of the week!
An ideal exercise that strengthens shoulders and back, improves posture and relieves from back pain.

Standing position with straight arms holding the theraband in front of you slightly lower than your shoulders. Inhale and during exhalation open your arms out to the sides. 4 set x 15 reps
