Exercise of the week!Woman: I lean on your back and I breath deeply feeling blessed…Man: I will always support you …

Start this pose with your partner in downdog pose, while you are in standing position with your feet in between his or her hands.

Lowering yourself onto his or her back, stretching your arms overhead.  Stay for 8-10 breaths.


  • Keep your legs extended
  • Keep your head onto your partner
  • Expand your chest and breathe deeper
  • Heels are firmly on the ground
