There are many times in life that you might find yourself upside-down. But always remeber that going upside down gives you the confidence to try something new and to trust yourself  as you  explore your abilities.

This article was a challenge for us. Using  our knowledge and experience we tried something different from the usual!

Fenia performs Wide-Legged Forward Bent (Prasarita Padottanasana). This pose lengthens the spine and extends the back of the legs. Manos performs Balancing Bear Pose/Spinal Column Pose (Merudandasana). This pose strengthens the abdominal muscles, extends the back of the legs and improves balance and flexibility.
